Shipping Rates

We now offer free shipping on most items! 

Please note that rates are subject to change; please check the rate before finalizing your order. 

Select items are considered “oversized” and will require Room of Choice Delivery to ensure proper handling and care. This shipping method is noted at checkout and also under the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the product page

Ordering items in multiple quantities may be considered a bulk order. Bulk orders require manual assistance and could be subject to additional shipping charges if order contains large parcel items.

Certain items may not be eligible for bulk ordering, subject to availability.

Orders for business buildings are encouraged to be ordered through our service team to ensure proper scheduled delivery to receiving.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders typically require up to 2 business days for processing before they are transferred to the carrier. 

Tracking information is sent directly to our system when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse. 

We are not able to expedite shipments or offer guarantee delivery dates on parcel packages.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Small Parcel (UPS / FedEx / USPS)
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Includes items such as mattresses, pads, cribs, seating, and dressers.

Large Parcel (LTL / Room of Choice Delivery)
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
Applies to oversized items as noted under Shipping Rates.

White Glove Delivery
Estimated delivery: 1–10 business days
Available for select oversized items and in limited service areas only. This service includes enhanced delivery handling for added convenience.

Tracking & Orders

Tracking Notification

An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Important:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are unable to modify or redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.

Items may ship from multiple warehouse locations. As a result, products ordered together may be shipped separately and could arrive at different times.

Cancelling or Modifying order

We pride ourselves on processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, it may not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

We generally allow a 1-hour window from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation. Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.

Please note that gift cards are non-cancellable, as they are processed and delivered instantly. Refer to our Gift Card Terms & Conditions for more information.

If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued promptly; however, it may take 10–12 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Orders that cannot be cancelled will need to be processed as a return, and applicable return shipping fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, we’ve got you covered. We can provide replacement parts at no additional cost.
