Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
All tags, manuals, and included parts must be intact
Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (or your store’s preferred window)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including:
Personal-use items
Bedding, mattresses, or cushions
Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds
