If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, parts, and tags included to qualify for a refund. Products that have been modified in any way are not eligible for return.
Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, we’re here to assist. We offer free replacement parts at no additional cost.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please submit your request along with clear photos of the product and packaging through our parts request page.

If you return an item that was part of a bundle, the original bundle discount will no longer apply. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please keep your original packaging until you are sure you will not need to return or exchange your item.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Support@kidellehome.com .Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label via email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.
For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped once we receive and process your returned item. You will receive updated tracking details via email.
Return Shipping & Coverage
We offer optional Return Coverage at checkout. If selected, your return shipping label will be covered for eligible items.
If Return Coverage is not purchased, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from your refund.
All returns must comply with the guidelines outlined in this policy and be submitted within the 30-day return window.
